Affinity Behavior Health provides both Social and Behavior Health Services. Behavioral Health Services include stress management, counseling for grief or loss, coping with chronic diseases, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, mental health and substance abuse outpatient treatment, weight loss counseling, and more! Social Services include assistance with Medicaid applications, transportation, and available healthcare resources, as well as patient case management.
