At Affinity Health Group our team of trained physicians and support staff are available to address your chronic diseases and problem wounds. They understand there are many factors that may delay or prevent the healing. With this in mind our team performs a complete history and physical exam which allows them to develop an individualized treatment and educational plan unique to each patient's needs.
