How do I schedule an appointment with a doctor at Affinity?

From infants and adolescents to seniors and adults, there is a primary care or specialty physician at Affinity to meet the health needs for all ages. What kinds of services are offered?

Many diagnostic tests and treatments, most provided by Monroe Surgical Hospital. On-site services include: laboratory, radiology (x-ray, MRI, CT), endoscopy, trans-cranial and carotid Doppler studies and pacemaker checks.
