AFFINITY IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR NAMED 2019 CDC CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION CHAMPION
Affinity Immunization Program Coordinator Barbara White received the 2019 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Childhood Immunization Champion Award for the State of Louisiana. The CDC Childhood Immunization Champion Award, given by the Association of Immunization Managers (AIM) and CDC, honors individuals who go above and beyond to promote childhood immunizations in their communities.

Vantage Health Plan, Inc. (Vantage) and Affinity Health Group, LLC (Affinity) recognize May as Better Hearing and Speech Month. Communication disorders are among the most common disabilities in children nationwide, and almost 15% of U.S. children between the ages of 6 and 19 experience hearing loss.

2017 - Affinity Health Group (Affinity) is excited to unveil the area’s newest specialty facility – the Affinity Specialty Building. The 93,000 square foot facility is located at 2516 Broadmoor Boulevard in Monroe.
