Occupational Therapy (OT) helps individuals regain their independence so they can live productive, satisfying lives while completing the normal activities of daily living. Occupational Therapists assist patients in learning or relearning the skills they need to function on their own, ranging from the treatment of children with disabilites, injured adults rejoining the workforce, and older paitents dealing with loss of mobility. Our therapists work to make sure everyone can perform daily taks at a functional level. OT also addresses improving strength and reducing pain in the upper extremeties
