ULM Health Clinic

The ULM Health Clinic offers basic family practice services, such as annual checkups, flu shots and other immunizations and health screenings.

The ULM Health Clinic is staffed with experienced, certified family nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals. The clinic offers a variety of services, including treatment for acute illnesses like colds and flu and monitoring of chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. ULM Health Clinic also provides diagnostic lab testing and health and wellness education.

We accept most major insurance plans. Please make sure to bring your insurance card and your campus ID to the clinic with you.

Both walk-ins and appointments are welcome!

After Hours Care

The Affinity Walk-In Clinic is available for after-hours care when the ULM Health Clinic is closed.

The Affinity Walk-In Clinic offers checkups, immunizations and treatment for cold & flu, ear infections, allergic reactions, minor burns, cuts and scrapes, splinting, stitches and more.

Documents & Forms

You may feel free to bring a signed copy of the Acknowledge and Consent form with you to your appointment, or you can sign it when you check in at the ULM Health Clinic.
