Anthony Perkins

Nurse Practitioner

Anthony Perkins, FNP-BC, APRN received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Atmospheric Sciences from Northeast Louisiana University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from MUW in Columbus, Mississippi. He was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. As a Registered Nurse, he worked in the emergency departments at St. Francis Medical Center and E.A. Conway as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Anthony is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP), Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP), and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
