Dr. Hannah Washer

Primary Care

Dr. Hannah Washer is a family medicine physician who recently completed her Family Medicine Residency at East Tennessee State University in Bristol, Tennessee. Dr. Washer earned her B.S. in biology summa cum laude from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and her M.D. from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Dr. Washer is licensed to practice in Louisiana and certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, as well as certified in NIH Stroke and Infection Control. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Washer received several prestigious awards and scholarships from LSU School of Medicine. During her residency, she has conducted research projects related to quality improvement and to the destruction of bacterial pathogens. She also has given much of her time and expertise as a volunteer, most recently as a physician provider of medical care to underprivileged populations through Healing Hands Health in Bristol, Tennessee. She has also volunteered with the Ozanam Inn Student Run Homeless Clinic in New Orleans and on medical missions with Baptist Medical Dental Mission International, Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
